🔆Employee Spotlight🔆

Please join us in welcoming Caitlynn to the ESS family!

Born and raised in Eldersburg, Caitlynn earned her undergraduate degree in Forensic and Toxicological Chemistry from West Chester University in May 2026 and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Forensic Science at Stevenson University.

Caitlynn is no stranger to the field hockey world! She played field hockey in college, earning All-American honors, and now shares her passion for the sport by coaching at her alma mater, Liberty High School. When she’s not on the field, you can find her spending time with her two dogs, Winston and Willow, reading, or crocheting. She’s also a huge Baltimore Ravens fan and makes it a priority to attend every home game!🏈💜🖤

One of the things Caitlynn appreciates most about ESS is the flexible schedule, which allows her to stay close to home while balancing her graduate studies. She also loves the welcoming, family-oriented atmosphere and how nice and supportive everyone has been.

We’re excited to have Caitlynn on the team and look forward to seeing all she accomplishes at ESS. Welcome aboard, Caitlynn! 🎉
