As a business owner I know how important it is to make sure your time management skills are on point!
So to help you I have a few applications that I find helpful and I think you could benefit as well as a business owner.
The first tool is Calendly.
I can share this link with clients, coworkers, etc. and they can schedule 15 min, 30 min, and hour long meetings with me. The nice part is I can put my availabilities in the calendar so they can easily select a time that will work for everyone. SAY WHAT?!
The second tool I have found immensely helpful is Asana. I love Asana because I can choose how I view my tasks (a list, a board, or a timeline). I can easily see if its in progress, completed, or yet to be started.
Are you thinking, well Shay, that solves it for me but I have employees I want to make sure are staying on task...Well that is the great thing about Asana I can share certain projects with Team members and add them to tasks I want them to work on.
There are many other tools that are similar that you can use this is just my preferred. You can also use systems such as Honeybook, Dubsado, Trello, and more.
