What are you investing your life in that will outlive you?

We challenged one another to look beyond success, titles, business value, and accomplishments—and ask a much bigger question:

What will continue because I was faithful with what God entrusted to me?

Legacy isn’t built in one heroic moment. It’s built through ordinary faithfulness, compounded over time—in our walk with Christ, our families, the people we develop, the organizations we steward, and the Kingdom impact God produces through our lives.

Elimination creates capacity. Investment determines legacy.

So let’s spur one another on:

What is one investment you can make today—then faithfully repeat—that could change what exists ten years from now?

Biblical leadership is not a throne—it’s a towel.
If you won’t serve, you’re not leading (John 13).

If you can’t be questioned, you can’t be trusted.
Paul confronted Peter. Nathan called out David. Elders who sin must be rebuked (Gal. 2:11, 2 Sam. 12:7, 1 Tim. 5:20).

Leaders are sheep too.
Only Christ is the Chief Shepherd (1 Pet. 5:4).

• Leadership that demands silence is abuse.
• Leadership that resists accountability is pride.
• Leadership that serves and submits to correction is Christlike.

Anything less is counterfeit.
