I had the most wonderful week with an amazing group of super-special people at the “We Are Able” workcamp!

Thanks to friend and disabilities guru Jeanne Davies for inviting me to help out and bringing the super chill and skilled Cassidy McFadden along as the nurse. We made a pretty good team 😀. Let’s do it again next year!

Privileged to provide companioning support to these board members and their congregation over the weekend as they navigate a bunch of changes, including a pastoral transition.

It’s been a minute since I’ve done work like this, but I love it! It also energizes me for my work as an executive director and reminds me of key concepts and practices that I want to be sure I’m utilizing in that role.
