We have been working with Top Employers in our community since 1984. Our flexibility as an independent company enables us to "custom fit" our services to meet our clients needs. CES Group is affiliated with NISA, a national network of independent staffing companies which is 130 members strong across the United States. With this affiliation we can service clients with locations outside of our Elgin location. CES Group specializes in office, industrial, technical, and engineering fields. We place only the most qualified employees for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and/or direct hire placement. After an applicant passes through our initial pre-screening procedure, we perform a comprehensive interview, reference check, and evaluation of clerical and/or industrial aptitude. We are also able to perform drug screening and criminal background checks. Whether your need is for pre-employment screening, a permanent position or a temporary assignment, CES Group can match your needs. Please contact us today in our Elgin office at 847-695-7991. We look forward to the opportunity to work with you in the near future!
