Under the direction of the Superintendent of Maintenance, or designate, is responsible for performing preventive maintenance inspections and general repairs on all Company vehicles, equipment and making all types of service calls.

Coordinates with onsite mechanic to ensure all supplier orders are receive in a timely manner.

Collaborates with our onsite mechanic regarding parts needed.
Plans and enters purchase orders to meet company needs.
Organizes and tracks all orders. •
Communicates with onsite mechanic on the status of orders and updates team on order status.

Tracks order status and facilitates the completion of certification documents.
Prepares and analyzes reports such as, open order, supplier invoices, inventory discrepancy, inventory value, product in transit, etc.
Qualifications

Must be bilingual
At least one years or more experience in purchasing and inventory control required. • Proficient in computers
Microsoft Word and Excel skills preferred
Strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication capabilities with the ability to negotiate
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Extreme attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
