Coast Guard, supporting the acquisition of C-130Js by developing the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) solutions that continue to serve the fleet today. In short order we were supporting multiple aviation platforms and in 2008

expanded our logistics and engineering offerings to the federal and military maritime communities. In 2010, VectorCSP was awarded a contract through GSA to conduct aviation and maritime analysis across the government enterprise. We capitalized on our broad technical program experience and superior customer delivery track record by winning the GSA OASIS Small Business contract in 2014, and subsequently an OASIS task order supporting the U.S. Air Force Special Operations Command aviation training program. We recognize Angelo for his outstanding efforts in identifying and upgrading the SBU and SIPR Aviation Laptops. His proactive approach and dedication were critical in preventing significant disruptions to USCG Fixed Wing Operations.

Without Angelo's contributions, we projected a 32% impact to Fixed Wing Maritime Patrol Aircraft readiness, with a particularly severe impact on Kodiak, estimated at 80%.

Angelo took the lead in assessing compliance across 13 Air Stations, identifying a solution, collaborating effectively with IMS and TMB to implement the fix across nine Air Stations. His actions resulted in minimal disruption to operations.
Specifically, his efforts prevented the isolation of WIN 10 21H2 laptops from the network, which would have detrimentally impacted the ability of Maritime Patrol Aircraft to maintain critical communication with command centers, intelligence gathering, and dissemination capabilities. This, in turn, would have affected the ex*****on of eight of the Coast Guard's 11 statutory missions.

Angelo's initiative, problem-solving skills, and commitment to mission success are truly commendable. His work has had a significant and positive impact on the Coast Guard's ability to perform its duties.

Joshua, aka Bash, is being nominated for a VectorCSP spot award in recognition of his outstanding professional contributions and demonstrated expertise as Weapons & Tactics MPS JMPS Support for the 335 FS.

Per the Chief of Wing Weapons and Tactics, 4 FW Bash:

Bash led an effort to identify and solve a critical software glitch in the Operational Flight Program (OFP). His problem solving and trouble-shooting enabled the test enterprise to rapidly identify and confirm his hypothesis and generate a QA flash to the fleet salvaging significant MX and avionics resources and impacting future OFP development.

Bash has performed beyond expectations enabling rapid integration of 6th Generation ARC-210 radios in the aircraft. He is the eminent subject matter expert and was critical to two Fighter Squadron deployments equipped with these radios. He provided solutions in the absence of guidance and took initiative to realize results.

As cryptologic keys have become ever more intricate, complex, and important to combat plans and operations, Bash developed a 4FW standard crypto sheet to align four FGSs and four FSs thereby establishing a resilient and repeatable process to mitigate a dearth of guidance and right divergent and errant methods in the wing.

Bash has made himself an invaluable and invested member of a critically manned OSK team. His impact is felt daily and he exhibits high commitment to developing the future of the Eagle community. He has taken on multiple future oriented projects and is more than making up for shortfalls in Active Duty manning. His contributions are invaluable.

Bashes efforts have been superior and are deserving of recognition.

Kristian is nominated for a VectorCSP Spot Award in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the 6th Combat Training Squadron, Detachment 2. The Detachment Commander provided a glowing review of his performance, noting that if eligible, Kristian would be submitted for a quarterly award due to his exceptional impact.

Since his arrival at the Formal Training Unit (FTU), Kristian has gone above and beyond to improve the organization, repairing a previously strained relationship between Detachment leadership and the Armorer position. His professionalism and commitment have quickly made him an invaluable member of the team.

His technical expertise was on display following an emergency inspection for the 75 M18 inventory.
