Precision, Planning & Simulations, Inc. Since 1998, Precision, Planning & Simulations, Inc., (PPS) has been a leader in training and preparedness exercises for a wide range of clients.

The Principles of PPS are US Coast Guard Veterans. While in the Coast Guard, they were instrumental in the development of the Preparedness for Response Exercise Program (PREP) Guidelines. Combined, both principles have over 50 years of extensive experience, offering clients expert assistance in meeting all federal, state, and local regulatory training and exercise requirements
Although PPS’s main

business line is designing and conducting exercises, client requests led to an expansion of our services, such as Incident Command System (ICS) Training and actual incident response services. Over the years, PPS has helped dozens of clients meet their compliance needs. These clients include numerous major petrochemical and power generating companies, as well as federal agencies such as EPA, FEMA, US Coast Guard, the Research and Special Programs Administration Office of Pipeline Safety, the Transportation Security Administration, and the US Navy.
