Holiday Closure Notice

ETC will be closed July 3rd through July 5th to give our team a long Fourth of July weekend to enjoy with family and friends.

We will resume normal business hours on Monday, July 6th.

We hope everyone has a fun, safe, and memorable holiday weekend!

Notary Services Available
ETC offers notary services Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. No appointment is necessary.

Before You Visit, Please Note:
*All documents must be completely filled out before notarization.

*Do not sign your document(s) before arriving. By law, documents must be signed in the presence of the notary. If a document has already been signed, we cannot notarize it.

*Everyone signing the document must present a valid government-issued photo ID. This requirement also applies to any witnesses.

*If your document requires witnesses, you must bring them with you. We are unable to provide witnesses.

*The fee is $12 per notary stamp.

*Some documents specify the state where notarization must occur. If the document lists a state other than Colorado, we cannot notarize it. Our notaries are authorized to perform notarizations only in Colorado.

We are closed until 2pm! We have no power, so unfortunately we are unable to do any printing or shipping. We have been told power should be back on by 2pm today February 17th, 2026.
