Replaced an old leaking water heater with a new model! The old one had a ruptured tank and the leak was not repairable. This new water heater comes with a 6 year warranty. Water heater pan installed with a wet switch to alert for future leaks, without the mess. Providing peace of mind for years to come!

We would like to formally introduce Pete to our team. Pete has been shadowing Vasiliy since last Fall. He worked with us on larger installs and the last few months transitioned to working weekly every Wednesday through Friday. Many of you have had the pleasure of meeting Pete over the last year. He's been a valuable asset to our company and we look forward to his growth and development as a HVAC tech. Vasiliy had the pleasure of working with Pete when both were employed by the railroad. Pete is a family man, he and his wife just celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary and have 3 beautiful children. Pete is the kind of employee every company hopes to find. He's hard working, reliable, trustworthy, kind, courteous, and always up for the challenge of learning something new. We look forward to growing our family owned business with family men just like Pete!

We just finished upgrading an old mini split to a newer and more efficient model! This new Daikin mini split will heat down to -14⁰ at 100% capacity! These newer systems also drop the cost to run while doing a better job and being less noisy. This one is a 4 zone system that will heat and cool the entire house.

Great news! We are now able to provide extended parts and labor warranties on equipment we replace! This will cover furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, water heaters and tankless water heaters. If we have replaced your hvac system or water heater in the past 2 years, you are eligible for these plans. Water heater replacement! The old water heater ruptured and was leaking water on the floor. We were able to replace the water heater quickly before any damage was caused!
