What you're seeing in this photo isn't normal wear and tear.

It's a screen printed tee that wasn't properly cured.

When ink doesn't reach the correct temperature—or stay there long enough—it may look perfectly fine when it's delivered. But after a few washes and wears, the print can begin to crack, fade, and eventually flake away.

At Gerald Printing & Liberty Imaging, quality control doesn't stop when the shirt comes off the press.

Before your order leaves our facility, we verify proper curing through multiple quality-control checkpoints:

✅ Temperature checks based on the specific ink being used
✅ Dryer belt speed monitoring to ensure proper curing time
✅ Stretch testing to confirm the ink is fully cured and ready for wear

These extra steps take time, but they're worth it. Because your logo isn't just ink on a shirt—it's your brand.
