Encompass Connect is proud to have partnered once again with our longtime clients at The Fifty/50 Restaurant Group to help bring The Alston to life — perhaps the most premier dining experience in Chicago to date.

No detail was spared in this one-of-a-kind buildout. The AV system features a high-end Martin Audio Ltd sound system, immersive LED walls and ceilings (including a stunning 25' x 17' ceiling installation), and an 8’ tall LED entry display—the first of their kind in a fine dining space in the city.

Tucked away in custom ceiling nooks, Sony displays glide down with ease, powered by a seamless Just Add Power video system.

The entire system — AV, lighting, and shades — is controlled by a custom RTI Control solution featuring mobile iPads and five 10” touchscreens for intuitive control throughout the space.

We also provided structured cabling for POS and data, and a high-coverage surveillance system for complete functionality and security.

In 2018, Encompass Connect transformed 13 classrooms for the University of Chicago Graham School at NBC Tower into cutting-edge learning spaces. Featuring advanced video presentation systems, multiple monitors, microphones, and more.

By 2022, we returned to upgrade these classrooms during the COVED-19 with Shure MXA910 microphones for crystal-clear audio, Birddog 4K NDI cameras for seamless streaming, and Symetrix DSPs for reliable control — adding $250K in value to support hybrid and remote learning.

Today, these systems continue to deliver exceptional performance — highlighting the durability of the products we trust and the quality of our work.
