We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily operations within our fast-paced transportation safety and compliance environment.
This role is essential in maintaining organization, supporting our safety team, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and internal staff.

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to safety and compliance team
Answer phones, emails, and assist with client communication
Assist with document preparation and file organization
Maintain digital and physical records (DQ files, compliance documents, etc.)
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
Assist with data entry and compliance tracking systems
Support onboarding of new clients and drivers
Handle general office tasks and maintain a professional environment

Qualifications
Previous administrative or office experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail is critical
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to learn compliance systems and software
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) English is a MUST
Professional demeanor and reliability

Preferred (but not required)
Experience in transportation, trucking, or logistics industry
Familiarity with DOT or compliance documentation
Bilingual is a plus
