First to Review Jose is great. When you call, if you don't talk directly to him, you leave a message. And when you leave a message, he actually calls back promptly. That alone should get him 5 stars.
He shows up when he says he's going to show up. If he needs to get more materials or tools, he tells you so that you know what's going on. He's straight forward with his diagnosis of your problem and presents all possible causes and solutions.
He works efficiently and thoroughly and completes the job even if its a multi day job. He WILL return if he says he needs to to finish the job.
He gives you a complete receipt including detailed notes of what the job entailed. He is licensed and accepts all forms of payment.
