Team bonding at its best! We had a great company Fun Day at Bowlero, where we knocked down pins, played arcade games, survived a game of laser tag, hit bullseyes playing darts, and racked up fun on the pool tables! We enjoyed our annual 12 Days of Giving in December. We relished drawing prize winners, distributing gifts and eating together. Most of all, we are proud to share that our Sportech team members generously gave donations to Compassion Connection and Hope 4 Youth!

As we get ready to welcome another year, we want to take a moment to express our appreciation for the exceptional work our team does every day. Their dedication, expertise, and commitment to excellence are truly valued and appreciated.

We are grateful for all that they’ve accomplished in 2024 and we look forward to kicking off 2025!

🍂 Fall Fun at Sportech 🍂
This season has been packed with events! We kicked things off with our annual bean bag tournament. It was an exciting competition resulting in new champions for each bracket! 🎉🏆
We also had Chili Lime food trucks onsite serving up tacos. Everyone enjoyed their delicious meal! 🌮❤️

We are excited to be hosting the final stop on the Cool Jobs Tour on October 22nd!

Students at Independent School District (ISD) 728 will have multiple opportunities to look inside local manufacturing plants on Tuesday, October 22, as part of the Cool Jobs Tour. They can choose between three local manufacturers for the first two tours (CAD, Metal Craft, and J&J Machine, Inc.) and....

Yesterday we celebrated Wendy on her retirement! Wendy has been with Sportech for 6 years and has made tremendous contributions to the team in Value Stream 3. We will miss her positive energy and contagious smile but wish her nothing but the best as she embarks on this new journey. Congratulations, Wendy!

We were thrilled to be a sponsor for the Sherburne County Fair again this year! Our team members had a blast handing out Sportech swag and candy at the parade. A big thanks to everyone at the parade that waved to us and cheered us on! We are grateful for all of our Sportech volunteers, both at the parade and behind the scenes, that made this event a huge success!

Sportech is excited to welcome our 2024 interns!

Fun facts about our interns:
• 7 out of our 9 interns study at the University of Minnesota and 2 study at the University of Wisconsin
• We have 4 interns in New Product Development, 4 interns in Quality & Engineering and 1 in IT
• We asked our interns what their favorite emoji is and most said the laughing crying emoji is their favorite "😂"
• We also asked if they prefer a cold destination or warm destination and most prefer a warm destination 😎☀️

We're so excited to have these interns onsite at Sportech this summer and we cannot wait to see the great things they accomplish!

Sportech had the pleasure of attending the recent Science and Engineering Career Fair at the University of Minnesota. We're excited to add talented interns to our growing team! Two of the Sportech team members that went to the career fair were once interns with Sportech and are now fulltime Engineers with us. We are gearing up for another successful summer for interns at Sportech!
