Sportech Announces Leadership Transition as Jim Glomstad Retires
Elk River, Minn — March 31st, 2026
Sportech today announced a leadership transition as Jim Glomstad retires following nearly 16 years of dedicated service to the organization.
Throughout his tenure, Jim has been widely respected for his steady leadership, thoughtful decision-making, and unwavering commitment to both the business and its people. Known for leading with integrity, humility, and a calm, solutions-oriented approach, he earned the trust and respect of customers and team members alike. His ability to navigate complex challenges while fostering a collaborative and accountable culture has played a critical role in shaping the success of the Sportech.

As part of this transition, Sportech is pleased to announce that Caleb Hanson has assumed the role of President for Sportech. Caleb brings 23 years of experience with the company, having progressed within the organization from the production floor to most recently serving as Vice President of Sales. His deep knowledge of the business, entrepreneurial spirit, and long-standing commitment to Sportech uniquely position him to lead the organization forward.
To ensure a smooth and seamless transition, Jim will continue to support the business in an advisory capacity, working closely with Caleb over the coming months, retiring fully in early summer 2026.
