Fun past few days. Spent a day with my brothers son at their shop catching up on all is new with CCC One and did some fun mutual coaching.
Today had the honor of moderating a discussion on how to thrive in 2025. Focus was:
1. Improve sales culture and closing ratio / assignment capture
2. Optimized customer focus - improving csi capture rate to improve average of reviews
3. Improving insurance scorecards - monitor and improve processes to drive performance over market average
4. Improving customer communications to drive review performance = removing vehicles from hospital, walks, release meetings, huddles and repair more than replace
5. Drive for 45 pct gp and improved sales mix - compared pre COVID mix to current and shared ideas to improve margins
6. Showed 4 box to evaluate and coach estimators for gp and tag per ro
