MAKS Plastics was founded in 2023 with a clear vision for intentional growth and a goal of becoming the Plastics Partner of Choice. Through the acquisitions of High Country Plastics and Best Formed Plastics, we’ve brought together broader manufacturing capabilities, established products, experienced teams, new markets, and stronger customer partnerships under one growing organization.

And the momentum is accelerating. From 2025 to 2026 alone, MAKS moved up 26 positions to #36 among the Top 100 North American rotational molders in the Plastics News ranking. That growth didn’t happen by accident. It has been part of the vision from the beginning.

We’re proud of #36, but it’s not the destination. Our goal: Top 10.

MAKS Plastics is seeking a driven and strategic OEM RV/Marine Market Development Manager to lead growth initiatives within the Recreational Vehicle (RV) and Marine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) markets.
This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and strengthening OEM partnerships, driving revenue growth, and serving as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.
The ideal candidate is a relationship-focused sales professional with a strong understanding of the RV and/or marine industries, proven market development experience, and a track record of successfully growing OEM accounts.
