Paramount Plastics will be closed today due to no power. EOs please enjoy your three day weekend and customers we will be open again at five am Monday.

Update: CLOSED Friday June 12th due to no power.

Currently on a two hour delay due to the plant not having power. Start time is now seven am on Friday June 12th. We are keeping an eye to see if and when the plant will have power restored. Keep an eye on Facebook for updates as we have them.

This month, we're proud to spotlight Fernando Quiroz Murrieta from our Forming Oven team!

Fernando joined us in 2025 and has already made a positive impact with his dedication and great attitude. An early riser who values teamwork, Fernando says the people he works with are his favorite part of the job. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking and is inspired by soccer legend Lionel Messi.

We’re asking our community to come together in support of an employee’s nephew, baby Eliah, as he bravely fights congenital heart disease, a serious heart murmur, and severe respiratory complications. Currently receiving care at Riley Hospital for Children, Eliah is on oxygen support and a feeding tube, and doctors are recommending urgent open-heart surgery to give him the chance at a healthier future.

The emotional and financial strain on the family has been overwhelming, and they would deeply appreciate any shares, prayers, or support toward Eliah’s ongoing medical care. Every act of kindness, no matter the size, makes a meaningful difference during this difficult time. Thank you for standing with Eliah and his family in his fight toward healing and recovery. 💛

This weekend Family Day returned and was such a special reminder of what matters most, family. Seeing everyone together with their families, sharing laughs, making memories, and enjoying so much amazing food and fun was truly heartwarming. Grateful for the time spent together and the joy that filled the day! Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make the day so special.

Our culture has evolved, and so has the way we are celebrating and highlighting our employee owners. We recently launched a monthly Paramount Plastics newsletter that feels a lot more us. It’s a mix of what’s going on around Paramount, events happening where our EOs live, and a new Employee Owner Highlight where we can share a fuller story about the people who make this place what it is. It’s a small change, but it feels like a better way to stay connected and actually celebrate each other. That’s the beautiful thing about employee ownership, when people give honest feedback, you get the chance to make things better.

And for our first employee highlight we would like to highlight Mason Trammell of our Forming department! Mason has been with us since 2025.

🔥 If he had a superpower, he’d choose controlling fire, something he’s been fascinated with since childhood.

🎮 Outside of work, Mason enjoys relaxing with video games (especially Hollow Knight), playing on Xbox and PS5, and watching YouTube.

🛏️ One thing he can’t live without? A soft, comfortable bed.

📚 Looking ahead, Mason plans to complete his advanced Microsoft Word certification.

💡 Advice to his younger self: take school more seriously and stay curious, especially about animals (his favorite is seals).
