Gravure Ink has an in-house graphic designer to keep up with current trends and to develop new innovative ideas from customer feedback and other sources of inspiration. We are normally able to color patterns for our customers within 24 hours and our lead-time for production is four weeks or less. Our design facility is based in Elkhart, IN and the manufacturing is done in Bensenville, IL. The printing operation team has many years of knowledge and experience. The production facility uses state of the art color management software along with a 24-head ink pumping station, which acts as a big “recipe maker”. It standardizes the formulation process to ensure inks are dispersed with the same ingredients every time. Our color management software measures prints to better control the color-matching process, run-to-run tolerances, and overall, give the customer what they want.
