IGY Mission
“Empowering Others, One Connection at a Time”
As a seasoned professional with experience spanning HR, marketing, sales, and strategic planning, I’ve had the privilege of working across non-profit and for-profit sectors. My Mission: I am committed to uplifting the underserved, underrepresented, and under-resourced. Through my work, I aim to create a vibrant community where everyone thrives. Leadership and Collaboration: As a visionary, I collaborate with others to turn innovative ideas into reality. Whether it’s stepping up as a mentor or facilitating leadership growth, I’m dedicated to empowering individuals at all career stages.
2. Authentic Connection: My gift lies in making people feel comfortable sharing their life experiences. By creating safe spaces, we tackle real professional challenges together. I believe that vulnerability leads to genuine solutions.
3. Inspiration and Motivation: Every encounter with me should leave people inspired and excited. I want them to chase their dreams, knowing they’re not alone. I provide practical assistance, bridging gaps and fostering growth.
4. Resource Sharing and Change: As a liaison, I connect people to resources—whether it’s information, networks, or opportunities. I strive to be a change agent, amplifying voices and driving positive impact. Remember, our paths intersect for a reason. Let’s continue to uplift, encourage, and create a better world—one connection at a time.
