Electrum Supply Tattoo / Piercing / Medical Supplies for industry Professionals. Electrum was founded in 2012 by tattoo artist Rob Smead and his wife Andi.

While working in a local street shop, Rob recognized the need for a better stencil application product and developed what is now known as Electrum Premium Tattoo Stencil Primer. Electrum took the industry by storm and quickly became a leader in tattoo stencil application products. Everything earned was reinvested back into the company to develop and focus on more stencil related products, and eventually grew into a full tattoo supply company, focusing on the best products available to artists today. In 2019, after years of discussion and planning, we expanded and added Electrum Ink to our lineup. Electrum Ink is a pigment based tattoo ink that focuses on solid saturation, and phenomenal healing and color retention after healing. Electrum is a company that is family owned and operated by industry professionals that have working knowledge about the products they sell. To date, Electrum remains strongly focused on the development of cutting edge technology and improved application in the tattoo and medical fields.

Checking in from Akron, Ohio, he loves making crazy mashup tattoos like you’ve never seen (check out his Stranger Things x Stitch tattoo he did recently 👀).

Josh Helman starts us off with a SICK collab with Jesse Doubek of Ken Kaneki from the dark fantasy anime and manga series Tokyo Ghoul 😯
They really captured the leather and metallic textures across the face!

Your 12 Color Simple Set is not a starter kit. It is a full palette. You just have to know what to put next to what.

Here is the one most people get wrong. Fatality White is a highlight white, not a blending white. It is opaque, it lightens hard. That is exactly what you want in a pastel and exactly what you do not want in a smooth gradient. Add it one drop at a time and let the cap sit a beat before you judge it.

And here is the one most people never find. That set has no violet in it. 3 drops of Kirby plus 1 drop of Nairobi Blue gets you a clean one. More pink than feels right, because Nairobi is stronger than it looks.
