Congratulations to John Hewitt, our 1st Shift All Star Employee for the month. We couldn't do what we do without John. John has worked for K&S Mold for a little over a year as our delivery truck driver. Everyday John hussles to make on time deliveries to all our local customers.
In John's spare time he likes to hunt and fish, he also buys and sells vinyl record albums from the 70s & 80s.
John loves the small family atmosphere K&S Mold offers. He believes potential employees would require a positive fun attitude, and teamwork.
John's personal goal for 2022 is to finish remodeling his home and buying a fishing boat and motor.

Congratulations to our All Star for the month on 2nd shift, Gladis Munoz.
Gladis is a machine operator at K&S Mold for 10 months. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and going shopping. She enjoys being able to work by herself with no one pressuring her to work harder or faster. She says a great qualification for a future employee to have is the ability to work alone but come together as a team. Her goals for 2022 are to be healthy and wealthy! Gladis was nominated by several co-workers because she is always willing to help and to ask questions, Gladis is always smiling and super nice to work with.

Congratulations to our All Star Team Member for the month, Jose Lozano on 1st shift. Jose is a mold setter, material handler for K&S mold for 6 years. In his spare time he likes to work on cars. When asked what his favorite thing about working at K&S is, he likes everything about our company. His goals for 2022 are to be healthy and learn more. Jose was nominated this month by his fellow co-workers, they say Jose is always here and goes above and beyond to help ensure the shift runs smoothly.
