Jeremiah Fox, a resident of Lake Geneva, has been roasting his own coffee for about 2 years. Now with his small commercial roaster, he is able to share his craft with local restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores.

This Saturday, Feb 25th from 1:00-2:30 in the Pavilion we have a free-to-attend coffee talk program called Coffee Unfiltered: Everything You Never Wanted to Know About Coffee. This is an interactive presentation where the attendees will learn about coffee, where it comes from, and how the roasting and brewing processes effect the results in the cup.
