For anyone that is needing to contact us please contact the office or email. I do not get on Facebook very often and this page is actually have a different admin that does not work at the plant. So unfortunately if you message it or post here I will eventually see it but it may be 2 or 3 weeks. It is automatically set to respond to your messages. I have been trying to figure out how to change that. We are a work in progress and are trying hard to accommodate as many as possible. Please keep in mind we are the only ones with appointments for this year so our phone stays ringing and we may or may not be able to answer you or get back to you in a manner or timeline you find suitable.

Also, for everyone wondering how we are making it towards USDA certification..well unfortunately there is some set back on that due to the abundance of work and getting everything fine tuned before we open that can of worms as well...also there are a few technical issues that involve our name and as I will not put it here it has delayed us. We are also working hard toward that goal as soon as possible. I understand the frustration and I get the feeling of useless and temperament, please keep in mind all though we were a running establishment it is as if we were not and everything is started from scratch
It will take time. I am hoping it will be before the end of year but we will see. Thank you all for your patience (no matter how thin) and your understanding.

Just a little information for those that haven't heard!
Fairview Custom Butchering is still running and is in the process of getting ready for having a working USDA approved business for those farmers needing to resale their products!
To introduce you to the new team: you have Pam and David Adams who have been in the business for 10 and 17 years. Pam (myself) will be the Office manager and first point of contact. I take HUGE pride in making sure my customers are EXTREMELY satisfied in your experience whether you are brand new to this or been at it awhile. My husband has been cutting meat for 17 years. He also takes great pride in his workmanship and making sure the customers get exactly what they desire. We have Nathanael Nolt the owner who is learning more everyday and excited with the new management team on board. With his also very experienced in cutting son, Marcus, we have every aspect of meat processing covered. As any of us can work from the beginning to the end of the whole process it gives the customers a comforting peace of mind when they drop off their livestock with us. I personally believe in working with any customer to help them with any issue of transportation, processing procedures, pick ups or costs. Our phone number is active and working again 270-889-9944. Hey folks! We are proud to say we're now a fully inspected USDA facility! At this time we are processing USDA private label beef & pork for resale, as well as retail USDA meats for sale at our location.

COVID-19: No need to panic,y'all, we have plenty of meat, and are continually restocking items. At this time since we are an essential business, the only changes in the way we do business here is that ONLY ONE FAMILY ALLOWED INSIDE OUR LOBBY AT ONE TIME to encourage social distancing and keep less than 10 people in our lobby.
