We're thrilled to honor Joyce at our second annual Legacy of Leadership Breakfast on September 17, celebrating her remarkable career, commitment to our community, and the lasting legacy she has built through a lifetime of service. A special thank you to Stanton Communications for helping us capture a bit of Joyce's story. You can find it in the August 28 edition of the Cecil Whig.
