Another walk-through on a new project, preparing for Restoration.

This home in Roslyn had a flooded basement caused by their hot water tank bursting. They were not home when it happened & it sat for a few days before the damage was noticed.

Now that the damage has been mitigated & the basement has been dried out the restoration can begin. First up are the electrical & plumbing repairs.

We helped our client hold their insurance accountable to cover all the proper repairs & even address code corrections to their outlets & panel!

New Project in Yakima for one of our favorite Interior Designers. We absolutely LOVE when we get to save original hardwood floors!

First we need to remove all the mismatched flooring in the kitchen & living room. We're taking out plywood, particle board, sheet vinyl, faux parquet & old slate!

Once the demo is done we'll add the new hardwood floors & then sand & finish to make them brand new again!

Feeling extremely grateful for the time I was able to spend with family this past week. My wife & kids inspire me to be the best version of myself possible, every single day!

Thanks for putting up with the long days & weeks. The distracted dinners where I'm trying my best to stay present. The weekends I stay home to "catch up on work" & so many other sacrifices you all make for our family!

Thanks to the team for taking such great care of everything while we were away. With multiple projects in different stages, they handled everything thrown at them & then some. Keeping it business as usual!

Always a great day when you get to work with your old man!

One of the services we provide is water damage mitigation & restoration services for Property Management companies all over Central Washington.

When working in attics & crawlspaces doing insulation extractions & remediation work, it's great to have that extra person on the ground to keep an eye on things.

With machines running, doors open, and neighbors with questions, its great to have Supervisor Bruce on-site to keep an eye on it all!

We recently got a call from a couple in Ellensburg that had a problem. One of them was having respiratory concerns & after they did some indoor testing it was determined that there were higher than normal amounts of mold inside.

They asked us to come do a thorough inspection of the entire home & determine the source of the mold. After checking the interior, exterior, attic & crawlspace it was determined that a water leak in an exterior spigot was likely the main culprit.

After carefully removing a small section of siding & finding significant water damage we strategically removed all damaged materials. We also ended up adding a window in the shower while we had the exterior wall opened up!

While checking on projects today we stopped in Roslyn to do some monitoring of our equipment & met the drain specialist.

Our client just had some tenants move in, only to have the drain backup & create havoc in the lower level of the home. We were able to assess the situation quickly & get our team assembled.

First we unclogged the immediate blockage to get water flowing. We then had a big clean up to do, followed by our 2 step antimicrobial treatment to ensure there was no bacteria growth behind the cabinets.

After that we scoped the line to see what kind of damage could be hiding & thats when we found a root system that had made its way into the main drain. Thanks to Belbrook Plumbing & Doug's Rooter Service for helping us on such short notice!

Out checking on projects today. This one is in Cle Elum at an apartment complex that had 4 units impacted by Water Damage.

Big thanks as always to ASAP Electric LLC & Excel Plumbing Inc.! Today we got all the hood vents re-installed, sinks & toilets set, plus the hot water tanks back up & running.

Tomorrow we do our final walk-through & turn the units back over to the tenants!

Out checking on projects today. Here is a deck being built by Chris & his team at CB Construction !

After a tree fell on this home, crushing the roof & the deck, we worked with the homeowner & her insurance to get her coverage & funds to do all the proper repairs to her roof, deck, interior & yard.

Things have changed a lot since the deck was originally built back in the 80s, and we were able to navigate that process with the homeowners insurance & get all code corrections & engineering updates covered!
