🚨 BUSINESS OWNERS: Your next breakthrough probably isn't coming from working another 60-hour week.

It might come from getting out of your business long enough to see what's actually possible.

That's exactly what we're doing in Jamaica this September.

The Moxy Business Reset is bringing entrepreneurs, business leaders, coaches, and 10 expert speakers together for five days at the all-inclusive Sandals Ochi resort.

This isn't another conference.

It's strategy.
It's relationships.
It's conversations with people who are building.
And it's an opportunity to step away from the noise and think bigger about where you're taking your business.

🔥 10 expert speakers
🔥 High-level business networking
🔥 Growth strategies and new ideas
🔥 All-inclusive luxury resort experience
🔥 Speaking and sponsorship opportunities

Want more customers? Get more specific about which customers you actually want.

One of the biggest marketing mistakes I see is trying to appeal to everyone.

It sounds logical. Bigger audience, more opportunities.

In reality, it usually creates generic marketing that doesn't give the right person a compelling reason to choose you.

Instead, start with three things:

1. Identify your best customers.
Look at profitability, repeat business, referrals, ease of working together, and long-term value.

2. Find the common denominator.
Industry, location, company size, income, needs, buying behavior—whatever applies to your business. Stop guessing and look for actual patterns.

3. Build your message around them.
Speak directly to what those customers want, what frustrates them, and why your business is the better choice.

You don't necessarily need to spend more money on marketing.

You need to get better at putting the right message in front of the right people.

If you're getting leads but not enough profitable customers, there's probably something in the targeting, positioning, or message worth looking at.

Send me a message. Let's figure out where the disconnect is.

Posting more isn't always the answer. Having a better strategy is.

Many business owners struggle with social media because they're trying to copy what competitors are doing without understanding the strategy behind it.

The result?

Random posts. Inconsistent messaging. No predictable leads. And no idea what's actually producing revenue.

We look at the bigger picture.

Your positioning. Your offer. Your lead generation. Your follow-up. Your sales process. Your pricing. Your profitability.

Because social media is only one piece of the puzzle.

The goal isn't to become better at posting.

The goal is to build a predictable system that attracts the right customers and turns more opportunities into revenue and profit.

If you're ready to stop guessing and start building a business with a clear strategy for growth, let's talk.

Many business owners don't have a revenue problem.

They have a **decision problem.**

When you don't know your numbers, your margins, or your priorities, every decision feels urgent.

You discount jobs you shouldn't.

You keep employees you know aren't a good fit.

You buy software that never gets implemented.

You chase opportunities that don't move the business forward.

The businesses that consistently grow aren't making hundreds of better decisions.

They're making a few important ones, and following through.

This week, don't focus on doing more.

Focus on doing **one thing** that will improve your business 90 days from now.

That's how momentum is built.

👉 What's the one decision you've been avoiding that you know needs to be made?

STOP DISCOUNTING BEFORE THE CUSTOMER EVEN OBJECTS.

One of the fastest ways to kill profitability is lowering your price because of a fear that hasn’t happened yet.

Think about that.

The customer hasn’t pushed back.
They haven’t questioned the proposal.
They haven’t said no.

But you’ve already reduced the price.

Why?

Because uncertainty creates panic.

Most owners don’t need more leads.

They need:

✅ Better visibility into their numbers

✅ Clear profit targets

✅ A pricing system they trust

When those three things are in place, pricing becomes simple.

You stop guessing.

You stop apologizing for your rates.

And you stop winning work that costs you money.

What’s the biggest challenge when pricing your services?

A) Fear of losing the job

Not knowing your true costs

C) Competitors charging less

Comment A, B, or C.

Most business owners don't have a sales problem.

They have a confidence problem.

When you're not sure where the next job is coming from, you start chasing everything.

Every lead.
Every estimate.
Every opportunity.

Even the ones you know aren't a good fit.

That's where margins get squeezed.
That's where stress goes up.
That's where growth stalls.

The strongest businesses I've worked with have a few things in common:

✅ Clear pricing that protects profit

✅ Systems that qualify leads before wasting time

✅ Visibility into their numbers so they can make decisions with confidence

When those pieces are in place, something changes.

You stop chasing revenue.

You start choosing opportunities.

And that's a completely different way to run a business.

The goal isn't to be busier.

The goal is predictable growth, predictable profit, and more control over your business.

What area creates the most stress in your business right now: finding leads, pricing jobs, hiring, or managing the day-to-day operations?

Unfortunately, many business owners I talk to haven't had a real weekend or vacation in months.

Saturday morning looks the same every week. Coffee. Laptop. Catching up on everything the week didn't allow time for. Not because they don't work hard enough. Because the business was never set up to run without them constantly in it.

That's not a dedication problem. That's a systems problem.

When the right things are in place the business keeps moving even when you step away. Estimates go out. Leads come in. Clients are followed up with. And you actually get to breathe.

Three things make the biggest difference for the owners I work with.

Getting clear on what should never have been on their plate to begin with. Building a pricing process that removes the guesswork and creates confidence on every job. Establishing a consistent way to attract and convert the right clients without starting from scratch every month.

When those things click into place the weekends come back. The mental clarity comes back. And the business actually starts to feel like something worth building.

If you are still giving up your weekends just to keep up with the week drop a comment or send me a message. That's exactly what we fix.

I may be wrong, but I think "busy" has become a status symbol.

People wear it like a badge of honor.

"I'm slammed."
"I've been crazy busy."
"I haven't stopped all week."

Cool.

But did it actually move you closer to where you're trying to go?

I've met business owners working 70 hours a week who are stuck.

I've met others working 40 hours who are growing faster.

The difference usually isn't work ethic.

It's focus.

Being busy feels productive.

Being productive often looks boring.

Which one are you chasing?

Can I ask something?

How many of you are carrying things in your business right now that probably shouldn’t depend on you anymore?

Not judging. I’ve been there too.

A lot of owners tell me they want more time, less stress, and better growth...

But everything still runs through them.

Approvals.
Decisions.
Problem solving.
Customer issues.
Team questions.

After a while, you don’t own a business.

The business owns you.

That doesn’t mean you built it wrong.

Usually it means the systems never caught up with the growth.

I see this all the time.

More effort isn’t usually the answer.

Better structure is.

I’m curious...

What’s one thing in your business you wish would stop landing on your plate every day?
