It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of John Renard Parker, Jr., on April 3, 2025. He was 66 years old and was best known by family and friends as "Johnny". Born in Atlanta, Georgia, on February 11, 1959, to John Renard,Sr. and Sara Lee Parker. He graduated from Stockbridge High School and lived a life full of hard work, love, and dedication to his family, friends, and community.

Johnny was Vice President of Parker Brothers, Inc. He had worked with the family business his entire life and was known for his work ethic and took pride in providing for his family throughout his life. He created great relationships with his customers and built a strong customer base. He always greeted them with a smile and went above and beyond in serving others. He led the company with his cousins Hal Parker, Michael Parker, and Jeff Parker.

Johnny was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Stockbridge, Georgia, and loved the Lord and his church family. Johnny’s hobbies were camping, fishing, and boating, and he was able to see his dream of riding his Harley Davidson bike.

Johnny was preceded in death by his father, John Renard Parker, Sr., and is survived by his mother, Sara Lee Parker, and wife Deborah Parker, and is the loving father to Audrey Culpepper, Andrea Parker Harbort, Michelle Looper, and Torie Wilson and cherished grandfather to Brooklyn Culpepper, Savanna Dooley, Colton Moore, Abby Fisher, Gabe Fisher, Kaleb Looper, Noah Harbort, Lucy Looper & Daniel Harbort. Also survived by his brother-in-law, nephew, and a host of cousins.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 12th, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home Fairview Chapel, 376 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, GA 30281. The Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home Fairview Chapel, followed by interment at Fairview Memorial Gardens, 164 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, GA 30281.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of one of our own. Johnny Parker, Vice President of Parker Brothers passed away on the evening of April 3, 2025.
The family will receive visitors at Horis Ward Fairview Chapel , 376 Fairview Rd, Stockbridge, GA 30281 on Saturday April 12 from 3pm - 6pm and Funeral Services will be held on Sunday April 13 at 2pm in the chapel.
