Experience:
At Least 6 months or above Product Research experience.
- You will help drive private label development on some of the most exciting categories at Amazon.com.
- You will help grow portfolio of products to sell on Amazon that have potential and meet the qualifying criteria defined.
- Commanding Grip on research tools such as (Jungle Scout, Helium 10, Viral Launch)
- Ability to Calculate costs & profits Understanding the Amazon market Trend.
1. Product research
Conduct accurate product research to provide important information. This includes researching profitable products, negotiating with suppliers, obtaining the best bargains, and securing samples for products to sell on Amazon.
2. Amazon competitor analysis
Do efficient competitor analysis. You will have to do analysis on precise instructions given to you according to our requirements and conduct extensive research.
3. Customer service
Consistent customer service to maintain positive reviews and a high-quality user experience. Create message templates, answer customer questions, comment on reviews, address negative feedback, locate past orders, confirming orders, and dealing with refunds and product replacements.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Develop research work plans according to project needs.
• Researching, Extracting, handling, and maintaining data in excel sheet.
• Rapidly identifying new opportunities to grow and scale quickly while delivering high-quality products
• Identifying new product development opportunities and bringing them to market.
