We wanted to take a minute and introduce ourselves!
We are the Lamb family. Austin and KC met while they were studying abroad in Argentina and fell in love with each other and w**e! We adored the relaxed w**e culture in Argentina. Almost immediately we decided that one day they wanted to own a w**ery. We even dreamed of it while haciendo Fiaca with in Icho Cruz near the river.
Austin has spent a lot of time studying w**e and figuring out exactly how he would want to treat and process the fruit, while KC was along for the ride and really good at helping try w**es.
Fast forward 10 years and here we are! Two kids, a loyal Chihuahua, a house in Atlanta and 40 empty acres just waiting to be loved.
Last summer we renovated a 1993 pop up camper in preparation for all of the time we will be spending in Ellijay. Our camper is named "Destiny." We really truly feel it is our destiny to be tending to our apples and grapes, producing natural w**e and c***r, teaching our kids about sustainability, growing good food, community and getting dirty!
