He never made it to the races, but RYE TALKING is now a star in the show ring! The 10-year-old gelding is a graduate of Elloree Training Center, as were his dam Smooth Talking and his grandddam, the exceptional race mare GIN TALKING. If you've been in our office here in South Carolina, you have no doubt seen some wonderful photos of her hanging on the walls.

We love seeing the young horses we bring along thriving later in life!

This is an original 1951 ad in the Thoroughbred Record showing the stallions standing at Claiborne Farm.

If the photo had been taken a couple of years earlier, Sir Gallahad III would have been included among the pictured stallions as would his son Gallant Fox.

Sir Gallahad III stood here from 1925 until his death in 1949.

His son Gallant Fox also stood at Claiborne but was pensioned at this point dying in 1954.
