This month's rate savings quotes for CT, MA, ME, NH, OH, and PA are as follows: anywhere from 8% to 48% less than the local standard offer. Rates offered are fixed for three years, and with no termination fee can be cancelled at any time without penalty.

New England is seeing the highest ever electric supply rates. As of the market today, I can recommend lower rates in Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire, which are fixed rates priced below the Standard Offer.

Maine has available rates which are 18-23% lower, Massachusetts has rates 23-50% less, and New Hampshire has rates36-48% below their standard offer. Please let me know if I can help anyone in these areas to at least know what their options are.

To reduce your electric supply rate to 13.5 cents per kwh, please have a copy of your bill handy. We will need to enroll you exactly as the power company lists your information, they will also need to verify the account holder's Date of Birth and Last Four of their SSN, and then we'd need your email and phone number. to create your account. If you'd prefer to enroll yourself, please ask me for the link, or if you'd prefer me to help you enter the information I will be more than happy to assist, just let me know. Once we get you enrolled, on your next meter reading, CMP/Versant should switch you to the new rate, sometimes it takes more than one billing cycle if your meter reading is too close to the same date you enroll.

If you use an average of 1,000 kWh of electricity each month, on average, your annual cost for supply last year was around $1,400. This year, standard offer increased enough that the same amount of usage would cost around $2,000. There are options, and if you’d like help picking a better rate, please let me know.

As you all know, Standard Offer Supply rate for CMP increased 49% at the start of 2023, and Versant increased 40%. I've been trying to find the best options, as the newest round of bills has been devastating for many people. I'll know more tomorrow, but I found a better rate which has options to get discounted rates.

Due to the changing energy market, I am recommending all of my CMP/Versant Ambit customers to cancel at the end of your Guaranteed Savings Term. I will reach out to you all at that time, but since Guaranteed savings is no longer offered, Standard Offer from CMp and Versant is a better rate. Six years ago I got into this business to save people money, and it was a savings for Six Years, now it is not and it’s time to change carriers. Please reach out if you have any questions.

“The upcoming rates are expected to decrease by 5.5% for CMP residential customers, 3.8% for Versant Power-Bangor Hydro district residential customers, and 3.5% for Versant Power-Maine Public District residential customers beginning July 1, as stated in the release”

The Maine Public Utilities Commission attributes decreased rate costs to the inclusion of renewable energy over the past two years.

How many of my Ambit customers, which have had ambit for more than two years , have NOT yet received this letter? The Guaranteed Savings Statement? We saved $396.23, which was 32.95% less than standard offer from 2018-2020
