UpState Amusements⁠ has been providing amusement, vending, and ATM services throughout New York for more than 35 years. We install, service, and maintain ATMs, arcade games, pool tables, dart boards, jukeboxes, vending machines, and redemption equipment for businesses across the region.

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated Technician / Collector to join our growing team. This position combines route collections, equipment maintenance, customer service, and basic repairs.

Responsibilities

* Service established customer routes
* Collect cash and perform revenue audits
* Refill ATMs and vending equipment
* Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs
* Install and move amusement and vending equipment
* Troubleshoot arcade games, pool tables, dart boards, jukeboxes, and ATMs
* Complete electronic route reports and photo documentation
* Build and maintain positive customer relationships
* Respond to service calls as needed

Qualifications

* Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
* Ability to lift and move equipment (50+ lbs regularly)
* Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
* Strong attention to detail and cash-handling ability
* Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and mobile apps
* Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
* Prior amusement, vending, ATM, arcade, or field service experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate
* Comfortable on ladders as occasionally needed
