This IS one of the most under rated skills of a good social media manager. Being able to write a convincing argument for something they don't personally believe.

I don't believe that all businesses should be deleting their old and outdated content. It can show the growth and experience of your business.

But if my client did? I need to understand their why, be able to pin point the strongest reasoning, and convey it to THEIR audience.

It's not about my opinions.

It's about my clients business, audience, and goals.

Thanks for coming to my pRep talk.

Just defrosted after 10+ years… ready to relive this gem! ✨

Throwing it way back to a trip to San Francisco over a decade ago. I musta been about 18 or 19 I wanna say?

If you’re wondering, yes, that’s me bonding with my skeleton pirate friend. Clearly, I was channeling my inner adventurer, and likely a little too much caffeine. (or a lot)

This photo makes me smile every time I see it. Family trips like this remind me how important it is to embrace the silly moments and savor those memories that shape us.

Have any odd photos?

I don't think enough people know this...

And I am a little bit nerdy so I will share. If you've ever taken antibiotics, they do not just take out the bad bacteria but they take out good beneficial bacteria that you need, also.

I personally have experienced the side effects of losing good microbiome (not all of them) through my own experiences of some bad ear infections and the very scary medical emergencies of close family. The effects range from as simple as bad sleep quality and mood changes to continued re-accuring infections and worse.

I am no doctor but if you have or are taking a round of antibiotics, it's worth taking a moment to focus on your gut health and supporting your gut microbiome. Foods with live cultures like yogurt and kefir can help with this.

I've done some research (and no this is not an ad 🤓) but I try to keep some Nancys products around for this very reason. I like that you don't get a bunch of bad stuff with the good stuff and that it actually helps repair what is damaged. Greek yogurt is another good choice for this.

I would also encourage a good round of live probiotics (from the refrigerated section) as well as other fermented foods, fibers, nuts and seeds, and berries.

It's funny how sometime the things that can make the biggest impact on our health are things no one ever tells us.
