This one is incredibly special to us. 🥹❤️

For many decades, this home served as the parsonage for my church, First English Lutheran Church. When it was decided the parsonage was no longer needed there was a great deal of thoughtful discussion about what it's future should hold. We felt so privileged the congregation then voted in favor of Jared O'Brien and me purchasing and restoring it 🥹. We have been determined to make it one of our best restorations yet! 💕

For the past five months, we have poured our hearts into bringing this home back to life, and we could not be prouder of how beautifully 3128 Chapel shines. This completely renovated four-bedroom, two-bath home feels like new construction while still holding onto the warmth and history that make it so special.

Now, we cannot wait to meet the new owners and hope they love this home for many, many decades to come as well. 🏡✨
