Hiring: Licensed health insurance agent (LOA) — Ely, Iowa.

I'm looking for someone to take over my book of business so I can focus on growing the agency. You'd be walking into established clients, renewals, and referrals — no cold calling, no buying your own leads, no six months of eating ramen while you build a pipeline.

Straight talk on the LOA part: you'd write under our contracts, the agency owns the book. You skip the contracting, the carrier paperwork, the E&O shopping, and the marketing spend. If your goal is owning your own book, this isn't the right seat — and I'd rather say that up front.

What I need:
• Active Iowa health license (already in hand)
• Within about 30 minutes of Ely — Cedar Rapids, Marion, Iowa City, Coralville, North Liberty, Solon, Mount Vernon, Hiawatha, Swisher, Tiffin
• Full-time, in office
• Good on the phone and honest with people
