Central Avenue Business Park has a business dry storage space for lease. Not looking for personal storage as we’re a Business Park catering to business customers.
This unit is 19.3’ x 19.4’. Door opening is 8’ wide and 6’ 5” high. Barn doors that open outward. Lighting only, no other electrical allowed. Unit comes with a pair of portable ramps so you can use a dually to load stuff, put a small boat or ATV’s/snow mobiles in the unit.
There is a simple application form to fill out, and lease rate is $168 per month and a 12-month lease. At the end of the lease, you can go month to month or start a new year lease.
If you are looking for larger units or ones that can accommodate vehicles let us know and we can notify you if we have a suitable unit, come available.
We currently also have a much larger {1753 sq’} unit with heat & electric also available.
