A friend was asked this interesting question by a person who was interested in joining our business:

How do you go from doing work which makes you money to doing work that fulfills you—and could even be called your dream job?💥

🌟My friend's answer was simple:" many people are tired of living paycheck to paycheck and there is a point that is not only about the money, but living with a purpose.There is a time your mindset starts changing and seeing things differently, that's when you wake up and look at the mirror and see yourself stuck in a life with no purpose. You literally don’t want to cross the door anymore ,because your dream job is not there.
Then, you realize you need to do something different that gives you the passion and motivation to keep going and all of a sudden you’re building a legacy and inspiring others. There is no most precious thing than doing what will impact other people lives, this will make you feel grateful and blessed and that’s what I called “dream job” 👏🏻"

Sooo… we are officially in December, just one question, where has the rest of the year gone????

Seriously though, my friend always says to me, the older you get, the quicker it goes. And oh boy, she is right!

My other question is…. and one I always ask myself too, are you where you want to be? I don’t mean where you live … but in life in general…

Where do you see yourself in 5 - 10 years from now?

Doing the exact same thing you’re doing right now, or have you got a few goals and dreams you want to achieve? What are you doing about making those happen?

I know it’s a cliché when we say that we are not here for a long time, but it’s true. The older we get, the closer we get to that finish line, and when we do get there, I want to be able to say God, that was one fun ride, rather than saying ‘I wish I would have done this, or I wish I had given that a go.

2022 is right around the corner, let’s make sure we are ready for it

To live a life, you don't need a time-off approval from....
Doesn't that sound like a fantastic life?
Where:
You do not have to rush and scramble every morning to get out of the door.
You do not have to be stuck in traffic or bad road conditions.
You’re able to get up peacefully and greet the morning.
You’re able to enjoy your coffee instead of chugging it down as you’re out of time.
You can take a stroll through the park on a beautiful sunny afternoon and be able to feel the sun's
radiant beams on your skin.
You’re not constrained to any working place all day, with no access to windows and no clue as
to what's happening outside.
You have a flexible schedule which will allow you to care for those in your life that need it.
You’re not stressed about how you're going to juggle it all.
You’re not feeling like you’re just going through the motions of the day, only to hit repeat the following
day and do it all again!
To live this kind of life may sound like a dream. But like Walt Disney said, "All our dreams can come

Guess what?

Today, our dreams called and said “follow me!” They called yesterday and the day before Yesterday.

They might not call again tomorrow…

Have we ever had people in our life who consistently reached out to us to see if we wanted to do something with them? Dinner, a movie, go for a jog?

We were too busy, or had something else to do, or we were nervous about fitting in, so we made an excuse and declined the invitations.

They kept calling, kept inviting, kept trying to include us in their lives, but we kept making excuses and kept declining their invitations.

Gradually, those people stopped calling and silently slipped out of our life. It’s not that they got angry with us, they just stopped spending energy to draw us into their world. They moved on.

Our dreams are the same as these friends.

Our dreams show up in our imaginations, during the quiet moments, or during conversations with people. They say “come on, let’s do this, it will be fun!”

But we're too busy, afraid we won’t fit in or it won’t be as fun as it sounds, or we are just too comfortable with the status-quo.

Our dreams will keep calling, keep inviting us to come out and play… for a while.

If we keep saying “no, thank you; not right now” to our dreams, they will gradually stop calling and simply move on to let us stay where we are.

The next time your dreams call, take a deep breath and say “Yes! I’m on my way!” 😊

People may think that successful entrepreneurs have never failed. actually, they have probably failed more than anyone else. However, they decline to let their failures stop them.

The ones who succeed always understand that their failures are only temporary. They never quit because of failure; they learn from it, try over and over again, and keep at it until they prevail.

I've perceived that this habit is not only highly wanted for successful entrepreneurs, but also for each and everyone. We all face inevitable ups and downs in whatever we do and most of the time, our success is hidden right next to those challenges.

What I learned today.

I learned that Entrepreneur is someone who claims a problem and decides to own the process of finding a solution to that problem. And that solution creates tremendous value in the lives of others.

When you type Entrepreneur into google, here's the definition you get: "a person who organizes and operates a business or businesses, taking on greater than normal financial risks in order to do so".

Do you believe an Entrepreneur is defined by what they do or who they are? Please share your thoughts.

In the past, "the typical" Entrepreneur ran or started their own company. However, things have quickly changed with the latest technology companies like Google, Amazon and Apple. These companies have begun to function and operate completely differently.

An Entrepreneur has ownership, a team, freedom, and the responsibility of allocating their own resources. A stay -at -home mother who starts a daycare service in her basement is an Entrepreneur. The lead developer who invents a new feature for their company is also an Entrepreneur.
