Ever wondered what our work days look like?....No?? Well, we made a video just in case! This was a fun day installing a base node on our New Plymouth tower. We're excited to be able to reach even more homes in that area!

🇺🇸Happy Independence Day and Happy 250th Birthday to our USA!🎆
We're proud to be American! We're proud to have the freedoms and liberties this nation provides. And we're proud to work in a beautiful little town where we can serve each of you!
Be safe! Eat a hotdog! 🌭

EDIT: This upgrade was completed successfully.

Tomorrow morning (Thursday the 9th) we'll be upgrading our equipment on the Emmett Water Tower. We're planning to do this between 6 and 7am. During that time some people who live to the south or the east of the water tower may lose internet for up to 30 min. We promise we’ll keep the outage as short as possible 🙂

This upgrade will allow us to sell faster speed plans (500Mbps) and increase our overall capacity.

Please reach out to us if your service is not fully restored by 7am Thanks!

Another Informational post: AWS (Amazon Webservices) is working through an issue of some sort with their database software. Started very early this morning. It appears to mainly affect their data centers back east, we're seeing connectivity issues on some sites here as well. Check https://downdetector.com/ for the latest updates 🙂

Just as general information, according to downdetector.com and my own testing; YouTube is having a significant outage right now. I'm sure they'll get it fixed quickly, but in case you're trying to use YouTube and it's not working, this is probably why.

EDIT 12:12pm fingers crossed, we were able to work around the fiber cut. We believe we have all services restored.

EDIT 9/29/25 @ 11:16 AM: there is another issue we are working to find. Since the fiber incident this morning, some customers may be online, some may not while we work to find and solve the issue.

We are experiencing some sort of outage. Heading back to the office to figure it out right now.

There was a fiber cut above us. We're working on a solution to route around it. Hoping to get back online soon.
