NANNYCARE.COM LAUNCHES FREE NATIONWIDE SOCIAL NETWORK FOR NANNIES, CAREGIVERS & MORE!

Carlsbad, CA--September 28th, 2011-- NannyCare.com, a local San Diego nanny agency specializing in the placement of nannies, housekeepers, caregivers and more, announced today the launch of its new nationwide social networking website that connects nannies, babysitters, caregivers, pet sitters and more with local providers. The site, which functions similar to Facebook, allows members to create a profile, browse job candidates or job listings, and then make contact to express interest in a job or to set up an interview. Members can leave status updates, create groups and events, share pictures and videos, leave comments and choose to like or dislike something.
The new free website provides an easy-to-use platform for families and job providers to search for candidates who live in close proximity to their zip code, as well as view candidate profiles with pictures and videos that describe the candidate's experience, qualifications, certifications, skill sets, availability and more. Once the provider has found a match or matches, they can then contact the candidate through the site's email or "Add a Friend" feature. In the same token, job seekers can find job providers in their area and view their profiles which include information about the family or provider themselves, the job they’re offering, their specific needs, expectations, job schedule and pay. Job seekers can also make contact with families and job providers through the site’s email or "Add a Friend" feature.
One of the site’s greatest benefits is that personal information is very limited. To ensure safety, profiles only show the member's first name, city and zip code and allow members to decide when they would like to give out their phone number and/or address for a job interview. NannyCare.com has also partnered with BackgroundChecks.com, a leading national background checking company who caters to fortune 500 companies, PROCPR.org, a company that offers nationally accredited online CPR and First Aid classes, and Breedlove & Associates (mybreedlove.com), a trusted source for nanny payroll & tax services since 1992. These affiliates offer discounted rates for their safety services specifically to NannyCare.com's members.
In addition to its free social networking service and security partnerships, NannyCare.com has put together a plethora of free information to assist parents and job seekers with their efforts to successfully find the perfect nanny or family. These free resources include dozens of articles, tools and forms for both families and caregivers. Forms cover a wide range of topics including sample interview questions, sample nanny contracts and sample nanny applications. Furthermore, for those that are short on time, NannyCare.com offers specialized services such as personal reference calling and screening packages for busy families and full nanny placement services for those who would like everything done for them through an outside party. Currently, full nanny placement services are only offered in San Diego and Temecula County.
