In all honesty, Wholesome Plate Nutrition was born from one of the most challenging chapters of my life.

What started as an interest in health and nutrition slowly evolved into a complicated and unhealthy relationship with food. As my struggles intensified, I experienced consequences that impacted far more than my eating habits. My oral health, loss of menstrual cycle, energy levels, mental well-being, and overall quality of life suffered. There was a period when I felt disconnected from the very message of nourishment and wellness that I hoped to share with others.

The road back wasn’t quick or easy. It required years of self-work, healing, reflection, education, and learning how to trust my body again. Through that process, I discovered that true health isn’t about perfection, restriction, or chasing an ideal. It’s about balance, nourishment, resilience, and caring for yourself with compassion.

My personal journey ultimately led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Integrative Nutrition and dedicate my career to helping others build healthier relationships with food and their bodies.

Today, I can finally say that I practice what I preach…not because I have everything figured out, but because I’ve experienced firsthand how transformative healing can be. My story is a reminder that health is about so much more than what we eat. It’s about supporting the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.

Wholesome Plate Nutrition exists because I believe everyone deserves a relationship with food that feels nourishing, empowering, and sustainable.

From handmade spring rolls to miso grapefruit salmon and a flourless chocolate brownie with matcha cream, every course was created to feel nourishing, comforting, and special.

One of my favorite parts of hosting private dinners is watching food bring people together and turn moments into memories 🤍.

a few pantry staples → the easiest, healthiest, most affordable granola 🤎
no $10 bags, no unnecessary ingredients…just real food that actually tastes good.

ingredients:
2 cups organic rolled oats
½ cup chopped almonds
½ cup chopped pecans
½ cup coconut flakes
½–¾ cup chopped dates
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp sea salt
⅓ cup maple syrup
¼ cup avocado oil
1 tsp vanilla extract

mix → bake at 325º for 20 mins (check + stir at 10) → cool → enjoy ✨
perfect for yogurt bowls, busy mornings, or a balanced snack.
