We’ll cruise the Rail Trail into Cardiff and back then head to in Encinitas for a post-skate hang! 🍻

Sunset skate meet ups are back!🌅

Join us this Thursday 3/19 at 6pm in Carlsbad☀️

📍Meet at the corner of Oak and State Street in Carlsbad at 6pm (screenshot of location with red pin in next slide)

We’ll be skating flat ground and all riding levels are welcome. Come skate, meet rad women, and chill in an uplifting + supportive space💛

This will be a much shorter cruise than our typical Rail Trail rides in Encinitas. Let us know if you’d like to borrow a board🙌

We’re excited to collaborate with our friends at for our post-skate hang! They have delicious food + drinks and a great patio🍻

🎉Join us for a fun afternoon at Pure Project in Northpark on Saturday, February 21st from 1-3pm!

We are gathering the crew, current and new, to celebrate the expansion of Kateboards meet ups with our new chapter leader, Emma!🤩

This is a great opportunity to get acquainted with your skate community🙌

Our meet ups are for all levels, so if you’ve been skating for a while, if you’re new to skateboarding, have never stepped on a skateboard, or just want to come and show your support we would love to see you there!🥳

If you’ve been interested in coming to a skate meet up, but feel better getting to know the crew first without skating, this is the perfect event! It’s a quick two hour hang so come by and say hi! We can’t wait to see you + meet you!💛

📣 We are so excited to introduce our new chapter leader for Kateboards…Emma Dearing!📣

Emma has been a wonderful part of the Kateboards community for years and we are grateful to have her on board as a leader for the community. She will uphold our values of inclusion, kindness, and progression while adding her amazing energy, and fun + welcoming approach to skateboarding!⚡️

We are thrilled to be expanding our meet up offerings for those who live in central San Diego and are looking for more skate events to join. We will continue to host our meet ups in Encinitas as we have for the last 7 years🛹

We will be having a “Meet Your Crew” mingle on Saturday February 21st from 1-3pm at Pure Project in Northpark. We’d love for you to come out and support the start of this new chapter, meet more people in the community, and give Emma a chance to meet you as well!☀️

Will you be our Galentine?🥰💘

Come skate and play with us next Saturday, February 14th, 9:30 am at Olympus Skatepark in Encinitas 🛹 ☀️

We will have coffee and donuts for you! 🍩☕️

If you have been wanting to go to a skatepark, but haven’t felt comfortable going alone, this is a great time to join, and we’d love to see you✨ You can swing by just to say hi and be in the space; you don’t even have to skate. But if you do want to give it a go, we gotchu!

Side note: this is the most pink we’ve ever used on a flyer…feelin’ it out… also, disco ball, because why not!? 🪩 💃🏻

📣Skate crew!📣 Join us for our first meet up of 2026 on Saturday 1/31 at 10:30am⚡️🛹

📍 Swami’s Beach, Encinitas - meet in the grass at 10:30am 🌊

We will skate the rail trail into Cardiff and back. For those who are just starting out/will be joining for the first time: the trail is very flat and great for beginners, but there are two hills we recommend you walk down, butt board, or take it slow on. Our priority is for you to be safe + have fun:)

Looking forward to starting the year off with movement and connection with you all!🙌
