Tiphanie Sparks - Doula, Certified Lactation Counselor, and Educator The Care You Deserve I am a professional, full-spectrum, certified Doula, Certified Lactation Counselor, an educator, and (most importantly) a mother two.

After going through my own journey, I knew then that it was my calling to become a birth professional. I have dedicated my life to supporting people on their journey through the various stages of pregnancy, birth, and parenthood. My role is to help facilitate a safe, positive, and empowering experience. I accomplish this by offering in-depth education, emotional, spiritual, and physical support. This is my passion. This is my profession.

It was been a really challenging few days for me but things are looking up. I’m on antibiotics and the clogs are almost gone. 🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼⠀

(m)othering takes so much of my time that I cannot even get in basic care some days. Taking a shower is basic care and NOT SELF CARE!! ⠀

Refreshed and ready to take the day, then smack! Mother F’ing Dino attached its self to my towel and smacked me hard in the face. This is one of the many reasons why taking a shower is not self care.⠀
