Did you know that Delta was founded in Binghamton in 1976?

Don Adams created the company, a Civil Engineering firm, known then as Adams Lake, Association. Don spent 39 years at Delta. He was responsible for providing Quality Assurance/Quality Control reviews for the building facilities department to ensure the work of all trades was properly coordinated and adequately detailed. Don is the key piece to Delta and what makes it what it is today! Don has since retired and passed the president and CEO role to Anthony Paniccia in 2002.

At Delta, we love to give back to our community. Some of our team members participated in the United Way Day of Action. They refreshed all the garden beds with soil, removed overgrown weeds, and filled raised garden beds at the YMCA in Binghamton!

Founded in 1976, in downtown Binghamton, Delta has grown into a multi-disciplinary firm with offices in Central New York and near our Nation’s Capital.
