First photo of my waist beads taken over a year ago to track my weight loss journey. My weight stayed stagnant until just recently. So far I’m down almost 10 lbs. I can slip out of my waist beads now. Soon I’ll be able to cut these off to release the dead weight and make myself new ones as I continue my weight loss journey.
