First-year problems……the trouble with larger properties is the number of times needing to fill, and the time it takes to fill. Only have 16 gallon capacity on the rider and 3/8” hose fill.

Over the winter plan to renovate a new trailer we purchased! Adding a new stand on sprayer/spreader and hopefully a better solution for filling faster!

The growth in just a year has been without its ups and down, but certainly a lot of blessings!

Long post, I know—but I feel like this is something worth sharing.

I know there will always be times in life when we mess up, whether intentional or unintentional. For the most part, I would hope our mistakes are unintentional, but regardless, what matters is how we respond to them.

This is a yard that I took on earlier this year after another spray company had been on a hiatus for about two years. At the time, I knew it would take some work to get the lawn back into good shape. Looking back now, I also realize that you simply can’t change a lawn in one season.

However, this yard has made me stop and think about what I could have done differently. I feel like I could have followed up more, attacked the problem more aggressively, and communicated better along the way.

With that being said, I’m not perfect, and I don’t expect anyone to think I am. What I do believe in is taking responsibility when something is our fault or when something simply isn’t working.

Integrity goes a long way.

I want to continue learning, improving, and doing better as we move forward through the seasons. My goal isn’t to pretend that every job will be perfect—it’s to make sure that when something isn’t right, I’m willing to address it, learn from it, and make it right.
