Car accidents are amongst the leading cause of preventable death of children. The misuse rate of car seats is astonishingly high, putting babies and children at great risk. We are now seeing FAKE car seats becoming more and more of a problem, just increasing this danger even more.
Education saves lives. So nice of Safe Beginnings First Aid to put this information together. Please share.

Today’s the day! Get those expired or damaged car seats out of your garage. It’s a good time to check the date on any in your vehicle too. If you need help, let me know.

Twice a year, you can bring an old, expired or damaged car seat to Target and recycle it to redeem a coupon for 20% off select baby gear. Materials from the old car seats are recycled by Target’s partner, Waste Management.

Holding babies = my happy place

Postpartum visits can be so bittersweet, as it’s our last “scheduled” visit together. However, the bonds and friendships made after sharing in such a huge part of a families life, will never be over. In many cases we stay in contact for years (and maybe more babies) to come, and knowing this makes the postpartum visit just that much better.

I am SO excited about this super sweet gift.. HUCKLEBERRY plants and an awesome custom water bottle. Not to mention, I got to squeeze on their baby yesterday too 😍 and nothing makes me more happy than babies!
