Did you see us at EFA Phoenix 2026? We had a great experience joining this year’s conference alongside industry leaders, colleagues, and partners. Shawn Kaley, our VP of Consulting, joined Andrey Teleguz w/SCOPOS Hospitality Group and Melissa Laatsch w/ERDMAN to present “The Comforts of Cooking,” exploring how to design kitchens that truly feel like home.

The session highlighted a key reality: small household dining only works when thoughtful design is paired with intentional operations. Delivering a home-like experience requires the right equipment, proper training, structured programming, and a staffing model built to support three meals a day, every day.

Thank you to everyone who attended the session and took the time to connect with us afterward. We’re excited to keep pushing the conversation forward and partnering with communities ready to turn this vision into reality.
