This week, Shawn Kaley joined Andrey Teleguz of SCOPOS Hospitality Group at Booth #15 during the AgingINnovation Conference in Denver, where we spent time talking about the Small House Dining and what it takes to create an experience that feels more like home. But throughout the conference, the conversations went far beyond dining.
From leadership and the courage to challenge the status quo to technology, AI, and new approaches to supporting residents and staff, there was a common question behind many of the conversations: How do we move from talking about change to actually making it happen?
For us, these conversations reinforced that the people and support involved in making a change matter just as much as the idea itself. Whether you're changing a dining program, introducing new technology, or working to improve the resident experience, meaningful change takes more than a plan. It takes people who are ready to carry it forward.
That's where we come in.
The Hollyday Group is here to be part of that support system. We join these conversations not just to talk about what we do, but to listen and understand the challenges organizations are facing and how we can help support meaningful change.
What are you ready to change? Are you ready to start the conversation?
