A message from frontline stakeholders in the trucking industry.

We perform compliance service for two dozen trucking companies in central Washington, and we have this to say about the new Motus portal rollout for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration:

IT. DOESN'T. WORK.

MOTUS DOES NOT RESPOND.

We've switched to paper filings, which has been slow and makes us concerned about maintaining compliance in this chaotic situation.

Every attempt at associating a DOT number with an account has failed. Every attempt to reach out for support from Motus has failed.
