We’re hiring! Identify Pest Control is looking for a reliable, motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Pest Control Technician.

You’ll be servicing residential and commercial properties throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. This position includes a company vehicle, iPad, phone, hourly pay of $20–$30 per hour (based on experience), plus commission opportunities.

✔ Clean driving record required
✔ Must be able to work independently
✔ Strong communication & customer service skills
✔ Pest control experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate
✔ MA Category 41 & NH Pest Control License preferred (not required)
✔ Comfortable working outdoors, in crawl spaces, and on ladders

🎉 $500 sign-on bonus after training is completed

"Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

To start, the owner Scot Gillis, I mean what a guy. I called the company at 7pm as I was very upset about a bed bug issue that came up in my unit because of another tenants negligence and lack of communication.

Scot picked up the phone and was able to talk me down and come up with a game plan on how to tackle this issue. He was nice, urgent, and truly wanted to help.. most of all, he didn’t even care for the money, he truly wanted to help. He gave me a price that really eased my situation even more.

Now the technician Ben, amazing to say the least. Because I’ve never dealt with bed bugs I had a million questions and he answered every single one, calming my nerves even more. I’ve been on edge the last few days especially because I’ve been losing sleep over this issue. Scot and his boys really put in the work to help me with this and are very knowledgeable. I called Monday and they were treating my home by Wednesday (only because they needed time to work on the solutions to be used) talk about quickness!

Due to their amazing response, we ended up tacking on more services like treating roaches and mice (again, due to that tenants gross negligence). All I can say is… AMAZING, what an amazing crew with an awesome owner. This business is how you run a true family owned business. I will continue working with this company."

🐝 BEES IN THE CEILING OH MY!!!! 🐝

We got an urgent call from a very nice customer about a huge Bee's nest in her ceiling!!!

Yup, that's right! Bees will be more than happy to make themselves right at home!

We came right out, Ben did an outstanding job getting rid of the nest in no time at all!

Please excuse my awesome cameraman skills... I'll stick to bugs!!!
